It's handmade by artisans in India from sustainable mango wood.
As with all these artisan-made products, lumps and bumps and individualities are to be expected and seen as part of their charm
The surface can be wiped clean. Keep water away from the edges and from the mango wood. Don't immerse in water or put in a dishwasher!
